We at Hesel Media are looking for a talented Social Media/Graphic Design Coordinator with excellent attention to detail. They will be responsible for designing original content on all our social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. As a Social Media/Graphic Design Coordinator at Hesel Media, you will create high-quality graphics and materials that will boost our brand image and help build a loyal customer base. Your job will be to coordinate meetings with the CEO and the necessary social media assets to create graphics and video content. This role also requires individuals to be exceptionally creative and motivated. To be qualified for this position, candidates need to have extensive marketing knowledge and comprehension for social media trends. You need to have great communication skills and organizational skills, and be able to make decisions independently and work in a team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- - Create high quality social media graphics utilizing tools such as Canva, Adobe, and Indesign
- - Monitor social media trends on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook in the real estate investing industry
- - Collaborate with the Project Manager to curate engaging content across all social media platforms
- - Organize and execute social media content calendars
- - Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
- - Review and design reports on key metrics on Instagram, Tiktok, and Facebook
- - Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- - Proven experience as a graphic design or social media coordinator
- - Previous experience with remote working software preferred, including Clickup, Asana, Slack, Zoom, etc
- - Portfolio of social media graphic designs
REQUIREMENTS
- - Creative and attention to detail is a MUST
- - English 80 to 100% fluency
- - Ability to create graphics from almost nothing or little information
- - Ability to combine words with graphics, graphic copywriting must be something you're looking to master and improve
- - Most important is mindset & drive -- you hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance and are resilient in the face of obstacles or failure
- - Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English
- - Self-starter - being comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your schedule and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
- - Strong time-management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules
- - Coachable - you are willing to learn, ask for help when needed, and push yourself to get better and better
- - Proactive - you strive to get ahead of a problem or start a conversation, instead of waiting for the right time or opportunity to come to you
- - Proven team player mentality
