Social Media Appointment Setter

The Social Media Appointment Setter role will be responsible to look for prospects in different social media channels. This person's responsibilities include ascertaining whether potential clients might be interested in our products and services and then scheduling a time for our Sales Representatives to meet with each client. The social media channels that we use to book appointments are Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.


  • - Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services.
  • - Reaching out to prospective clients using social media channels.
  • - Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.
  • - Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative.
  • - Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact.
  • - Informing the Manager of recurrent product-related complaints that warrant addressing.


  • - Most important is mindset & drive -- you hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance and are resilient in the face of obstacles or failure.
  • - Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
  • - Proven experience as an appointment setter, sales representative, or similar will be advantageous.
  • - Previous experience with remote working software preferred, including Asana, Slack, Zoom, etc.
  • - Self-starter - being comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your schedule, and meeting deadlines without direct supervision.
  • - Strong time-management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules.
  • - Coachable - you are willing to learn, ask for help when needed, and push yourself to get better and better.
  • - Proactive - you strive to get ahead of a problem or start a conversation, instead of waiting for the right time or opportunity to come to you.
  • - Proven team player mentality.
  • - Proven record of following through on commitments.
  • - Result-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • - Exceptional communication skills, including active listening skills.
