GoHighLevel and Process Automation Specialist

GoHighLevel and Process Automation Specialist role will be a pillar in the organization with technical and problem-solving skills. They will manage the IT department projects and day to day work performing Business Process Automation tasks. These include but not limited to using gohighlevel to improve the workflow of processes and systems as well as using Zapier and Integromat to integrate tools and systems together. Provide exceptional support to the internal team and the agency clients in regards to technical & automation support, onboarding and offboarding, account and campaign creation, and other responsibilities highlighted below. This role will the first hire in the company will work in a cross-functional team with the operations manager, account managers, media buyers, and operations specialist, will also have direct access to the CEO of the company.


  • - Create Business Process Automation using Workflows in GoHighLevel
  • - Create Business Process Automation using Zapier and Integromat
  • - Setup client Ad Accounts in Facebook’s Business Manager
  • - Create simple images within Canva
  • - Create Ads in Facebook’s Ads Manager based on SOPs
  • - Manage and execute tasks in Clickup
  • - Continually monitor and maintain client accounts & relationships.
  • - Make sure all client’s issues are solved and their system is fully operational
  • - Detailed knowledge of application functions, bug fixing, troubleshooting and testing protocols.
  • - Implement best-fit automation framework and corresponding tests.
  • - Create new developments for Hesel Media (such as onboarding/offboarding worflows, complex and basic steps, landing pages, Forms, automations, and any other technology related final products)
  • - Work with IT division staff and ensure their sub-products are up to standard quality
  • - Actively communicate with the client success and media buying departments about any tech related issues or changes that could affect advertising campaigns for clients.
  • - Attend daily meetings
  • - Coach team members and clients in the use, tips and troubleshooting of GoHighLevel CRM or any Software used for their systems
  • - Funnel building, form and survey creation and management
  • - Miscellaneous tasks relating to client and team, as needed
  • - Full-time position: between 40-50 hours a week depending on schedule
  • - Learning the overview of the hesel media services and operating mode
  • - Report your daily KPIs to the team to keep yourself accountable


  • - 1+ years Setting up Accounts, Triggers, Campaigns, twilio, mailgun and Workflow in Go High Level
  • - 1+ years using Zapier and integromat automation experience and knowledge
  • - Expert knowledge with Zapier and integromat automation
  • - Experience in Facebook Business Manager & Ads Manager
  • - Proficient with Clickup or related Project Management tools (monday, asana, or else).
  • - Landing page and funnel creation (bring portofolio)
  • - Great ability to organize and prioritize
  • - Great problem solving and next level research skills
  • - Excel/Google Sheets and other basic organizational tools.
  • - SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) Creation
