Client's win: In this call our partner Carter tells us about his latest win with Hesel media. Carter got a lead for what looked like a very typical fix & flip. He understood the seller had negative experiences with buyers in the past, and focused on building a relationship of trust. After 10 days of working with her, all paperwork was signed, and the property was now under contract. Carter made 18k of profit on this deal! And has several other promising leads lined up to get under contract in the next few weeks.Carter struggled in the beginning as he found himself fairly new to the REI game. However, with hard work, consistency, and a gradual increase in the quantity and quality of leads, he is now confident with how he handles the calls, and with what he can offer the sellers.
